Ghee finds its roots in the ancient. Ayurveda text where ghee was called ultimate fuel for the body. KAMY ghee is made with slow cooking as per traditional recipe. Wooden beater called – Bilona is used to churn out butter from the curd, and butter is cooked on slow flame to make a ghee. The grainy texture of our ghee is proof that it is clarify to the point that all solids are removed. it is an ancient method of making a ghee.

Produced from village A2 cultured buffalo milk.

MADE FROM CULTURED CURD

The milk is boiled and set to cultured curd.

BILONA CHURNING

The curd is traditionally churned using a wooden churner.

OBTAINING GHEE

A2 Buffalo milk is heated and stirred continuously on low flame to obtain ghee.

Store in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. for longer shelflife, ensure moisture does not enter the container.
